I recently visited Dr. Jay for crowns and was very impressed with the final result. This was the most extensive dental work I’ve needed and was unsure of what to expect, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly, made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment and spent the time to ensure my crowns were perfect. The best part being that I was done in one appointment. Thank you!

I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist, especially when it comes to the dental drills. I am so glad I found Outdoor Dental for their use of lasers. There is no uncomfortable drilling or vibrations so fillings are a breeze. It is such a relief. And every single person who works here is kind and understanding. My favorite dental office I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much Outdoor Dental!

The experience of outdoor dental starts with the free covered parking and a warm greeting from the administrator as you walk in. Snacks, coffee and water is available while you wait and there’s a little nook for kids too. Dr Jordan is great, thorough and passionate about his job. My favourite person at the clinic is Juliana. I hesitate to say how gentle she is because I want to make sure there’s a spot for me to come see her every six months for my hygiene treatments. She is attentive, listens closely and is adamant every patient should feel comfortable while at the dentist. She has a whole repertoire of tips and tricks to make the visit (and the between visits) run smoothly. When I see her I feel like I’m having a massage for my teeth….like a spa day for my mouth. Outdoor dental has renewed my confidence in dentistry.

Had my first appointment in years tonight! Everyone was so helpful and friendly from when I called to make my appointment, to when I left! I have a time limit on when everything can be done and they were so accommodating with the schedule. Ashley was so nice and explained everything to me, Dr. Jay was great with coming up with a realistic plan for me; and Carolyn was amazing at the front getting my appointments lined up! Very lovely staff!Absolute great experience!
